+ 360 Review Facilitation

“Are we all really that great? ”

This is a very effective program when used for leadership development. The program provides the tools for your team to get a clear understanding of how they perceive themselves versus what the perception others have of their management style. This can be a very tricky situation because too often, individuals are not self-aware. However, sometimes the perception matches the reality. Either result provides the opportunity for professional development. 360 reviews need to be sensitively facilitated.

Inspired Learning staff will be the neutral party communicating the results of the assessment to the individuals and will work with them on developing three action plans to complement their work style.

This program uses the Wiley 363 Assessment
